THIS IS A BINDING AGREEMENT.

These Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (“you,” whether an individual or the business you represent) and Lore So What LTD, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The Agreement governs your access to and use of the websites loresowhat.com and analyticsautomation.acedemy and any related course portals, coaching areas, downloads, or communication channels we operate (collectively, the “Service”), including any order you place by telephone, email, or through the Service.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY PART OF THE SERVICE, OR BY CLICKING “BUY NOW,” “PURCHASE,” “I ACCEPT,” OR A SIMILAR BUTTON, YOU (A) REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND (B) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1 INTRODUCTION

Lore So What LTD provides online courses, downloadable resources, and coaching services designed to help learners develop data‑analytics career skills. The Service is offered subject to your acceptance of this Agreement.

2 COMMUNICATIONS

By creating an account or making a purchase you consent to receive transactional, administrative, and promotional emails from us. You may opt‑out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link contained in each email.

3 PURCHASES

When you buy a course or coaching package you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. We process payments through Stripe, and by submitting payment details you authorize us to share that information with Stripe subject to our Privacy Policy.

4 PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Courses are sold on a one‑off, lifetime‑access basis—there are no recurring subscription fees.

5 REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Because our digital content is made available for streaming and download immediately after payment, you expressly waive your 14‑day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

6 USER ACCOUNTS

You must keep your login credentials confidential and may not share them with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

7 USER‑GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

The Service may allow you to post comments, forum entries, project submissions, or other content (“UGC”). You retain ownership of your UGC, but by posting you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that UGC for the operation and promotion of the Service. Do not submit any content you do not have the right to share.

8 PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Service to: (a) break any law; (b) harass, harm, or exploit minors; (c) transmit spam or malware; (d) infringe others’ intellectual‑property rights; (e) reverse‑engineer or scrape the Service; or (f) interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

9 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for UGC, the Service and its entire contents—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials—are the property of Lore So What LTD or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual‑property laws. No licence is granted except as explicitly stated in this Agreement.

10 ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated information about how visitors use the Service. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

11 LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The Service may contain links to third‑party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

12 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LORE SO WHAT LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14 TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated this Agreement. Sections 5, 9, 12, 13, 15, 19, 20, 21, and 23 survive termination.

15 GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service.

16 CHANGES TO SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

17 AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

We may change these Terms by posting an updated version on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms will be revised accordingly.

18 WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY

Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement is not a waiver of that provision. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19 TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS, PICTURES & VIDEOS

You grant us permission to display, reproduce, and edit any testimonial, review, image, or video you voluntarily submit, together with your name and general location, for marketing purposes worldwide and in perpetuity.

20 EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER & RESULTS

All materials are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee you will secure employment, increase income, or achieve any specific outcome. Your results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

21 ASSIGNMENT

We may assign our rights under this Agreement at any time. You may not assign yours without our prior written consent.

22 ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

You agree that all agreements, notices, and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

23 ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Lore So What LTD and supersede all prior understandings.
